Speaking Engagements

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I am passionate about addressing topics often left unspoken in faith communities. Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of speaking at conferences, church panels, and workshops on mental health, love addiction, sexual brokenness, and finding secure attachment in Christ.

• Spoke on the struggles of loneliness and anxiety, emphasizing how true connection and identity can be secured in Christ.

🗣 Speaking on Sexual Addictions in the Church

• Shared how Fully Health has provided opportunities to speak on sexual addiction in church spaces, particularly through partnerships with the Vietnamese Alliance Youth Conference. Reflected on how these experiences led to launching my podcast to create an open space for honest conversations on sexual brokenness and trauma in the Asian American Christian community.

• Facilitated a group discussion on attachment styles and how we can find a secure attachment with God, the Father.

• Served as one of the therapists on the Q&A panel to provide insight on faith and mental health.

🗣 Silence and Solitude Watercoloring

• Created a meditative exercise and prompts for the retreat handbook for the congregation to connect with God thru a practice called Silence and Solitude where individuals have unhurried time (2-3 hours) to sit in quietness connecting with God thru journaling, listening, meditating, and praying.

• Led church members to connect with God thru artistic/creative mediums of watercolor
